In celebration Of International Women’s day, Dreamscape Films and GoThinkBig are hosting a panel of successful women in the film industry to help encourage young aspiring girls. This event will be held at WeWork in Hackney on the 5th of March, East London‘s heart of creativity.

Sheila Nortley, Black international Film Producer and Writer is chairing the event. Sheila has been involved with several productions including Zion, Victim and feature film David is dying. Her company, Dreamscape films, is a London based production house which specialises in creating innovative high-quality films.

Panelists also include Director of Photography Nathalie Pitters, Film Critic and Founder of the British Blacklist Akua Gyamfi, Actress Danielle Walters, Agent and Casting Director Fiona Cross, Film Sales Executive at Independent Asia Muci and Founder of Silver Salt Films, Helen Jones.

This event has been created to inspire up and coming female filmmakers and encourage them to break into the industry.
