The Young Music Boss (YMB) Awards take place on 23rd November at an exclusive London location.

YMB recognise and reward the exceptional achievements and contributions of the U30 trailblazers.

The nominees were selected by a panel of respected industry heads and the winners have been chosen by a public vote. Individual categories include ‘radio personality of the year’, ‘lawyer of the year’, ‘agent of the year’ and group categories include ‘clothing brand of the year’ and ‘most influential digital platform’.

YMB are the first of their kind and the organisation is made up of a diverse all-woman team of journalists, lawyers and music professionals.

It aims to prepare the next generation of music industry professionals by building an alliance between young music creatives, entrepreneurs and relevant music associations. At the heart of YMB is the desire to empower young professionals…

The night will celebrate the most talented under 30s in the industry and will feature performances by exciting artists and presentations by prominent industry figures.

The awards are important because it brings those who are behind the scenes into the limelight and rightfully so. It expands the minds of future industry professionals to see all sides and roles within music and the success which can be reached with passion and hard work. It will encourage others to use their talents to find where their true strengths lie and become experts within their craft.
