[@milliegolightly] warms us up for her new project with two new releases, ‘Medicine’ and ‘Candy’

It has been a long time since we’ve heard some new music from Millie Go Lightly, but finally, she is back.

For the past year, the London singer has been working on her debut project, which has been eagerly anticipated by fans both here and abroad, due to her work within the Atlanta hip hop scene, specifically with Young Thug.

This anticipation got a bit out of hand and unfortunately, some of her music leaked a couple weeks ago. Riding out the hype, her music has now been formally released with two brand new tracks; ‘Medicine’ and ‘Candy’ (feat Gunna)

Young Thug fans will recognise Medicine instantly, as it is the demo from his song, Family Don’t Matter (one of the songs Millie and Young Thug produced together) was remixed, and it is clear to see the heaps of potential she possesses, especially when you consider this was one of her earlier songs.

Candy has a much more upbeat vibe to it, and sees Millie and Gunna harmonise perfectly over the expert production provided by Wheezy.

With new music and new projects round the corner, the future is bright for Millie Go Lightly.
