KD not only introduces himself to you but also introduces you to the Finer Things
The first visuals from the talented young R&B artist come for his summer hit Finer Things. The visuals to this have long been in the pipeline and have had Khalil‘s fan base in eager anticipation. Now fresh after signing to Relentless Records, the visuals are finally here. Sporting some wavy Noemie Wilson attire surrounded by friends and supporters he definitely brings a vibe. The visuals are crisp and most importantly for this track – fun.
What’s especially refreshing about this track is it really feels like R&B. This sounds ridiculous, but genre blending and stylistic choices in production have led to that old school R&B vibe becoming next to impossible to find in the UK. Now this is not to say that when you hear Finer Things that you’ll hear the most old school of vibes, at least production wise, but melody and content wise it definitely feels like R&B.
nah my birthday was lovely mate, freestyle session with the gangggggg was a vibes eh'

The track sports a chorus that is still catchy to this day regardless of it being around on social media for over a year now, and it is this catchy feeling that lends so much to the song. It is a feel good summer anthem that needs to be played at every family function, BBQ, and motive because it is guaranteed to get people on their feet shaking a leg. Within the short space of time that it has been out (14 hours at the time of writing) it has already been featured across plenty of social media accounts most notably on Nines Instagram story. This is only the start of big things to come for South London’s newest R&B hit maker.
