Brace yourself for this.. New partnership announcement involved!

Our readers and followers already know how important it is to us as a platform to promote the best of up and coming talent. GUAP is about pushing the under dogs and making sure that the light is shined on everyone behind and in front of the scenes.

We’ve always represented London and done our best to showcase this, though our mission is to conquer the U.K, Europe and eventually be internationally known spreading the ethos of GUAP everywhere!

We’ve gotta start somewhere, since the beginning of GUAP up until now we have featured talented individuals, from Manchester, Birmingham, Stockholm and the U.S just to name a few. This summer we have interviewed across the globe and we are about to do our first city to city partnership with platform ‘Live Vibe Festival’.

GUAP will be official partners for the Live Vibe Festival, the first festival of its kind to be held in Birmingham as an all day event championing unsigned artists. Founder and curator Vanessa Sinclair has created a line up of over 30 artists, these genres vary from pop/indie all the way  to hip hop.

Live Vibe has been going since 2014 as a live performance event once every 3 months. These are held as a way of promoting the best of Birmingham talent, there is an open mic that allows people to jump on the spot and all of the line up are unsigned and unique. In the past there have been the likes of; Lady Sanity (who was recently crowned Birmingham’s music awards), Gambimi, Dee Ajayi and Phundo.

As a part of the day we have also added an artist of our own ‘r.a.e’ to the line up who is a one to watch. 23 year old ‘r.a.e; is a south East Londoner rapping since the age of 10.

Live Vibe is definitely one to watch and a platform to support as it really aims to build the up and coming talent for today.
