R’n’B Lovers, I got you!

H.E.R. is back with H.E.R. Volume 2 and as expected she did not disappoint.

The album is 8 tracks of pure unadulterated R’n’B. It starts with my current favourite track “Every Kind of Way” and honestly just continues to get better. There are no weak tracks or skipping. For anyone who sometimes struggles to find unfiltered authentic RnB this will most certainly give you your fix.

“I Wont” gives a slight nod to Bonnie Raitt’s I can’t Make you love Me which was covered by R’n’B King Tank.

Favourites?

“Every Kind of Way” is still so special to me. Changes, I Wont and Lights On.  Honestly, this is such a strong body of work and should definitely added to any R’n’B lovers playlist.
